We construct, lease out or sell Standard Factory Buildings (SFB’s) ranging from 500 sq. m. to over 18,000 sq.m. that can be stand-alone or multi-tenanted, that are ready for occupancy for a variety of industrial uses.

Clients provide us with blueprints or guidelines for building configuration. Our Built-to-Suit program enables the client to select the unique features that will be available for his building model. It is a collaborative effort between Primary Properties Corporation and the client’s design team.
