1 and 1 grows with PPC

In 2005, 1 and 1 Internet Philippines started leasing a 500sqm space at i1. When PPC finished i2, 1&1 were the very first to move to a bigger location about twice their previous space. Continued demand for their services rose and led them to expand even more. And even with the global crisis right now, they continue to expand and now occupy a space in i3 which is 4 times larger than the original space they occupied from the start.

Through the years, PPC and 1 and 1 has formed a partnership in their growth. Primary Properties Corporation puts value on the relationship it builds with its tenants. It’s how PPC works.
