We Train.

Primary Properties aims to provide its employees with all their needs to help them perform at their best and reach their full potential.

 

It gives importance to developing the total well-being of its people. Programs are created to help employees better manage their physical health as well as handle stress and personal issues that may arise. Trainings are conducted on the different topics that enhance the person’s individual specializations.

 

We Develop.

Every year, it conducts a Sports fest to enhance the competitive spirits of its employees and to promote teamwork and sense of cooperation. Wellness programs are also provided. Different clubs such as the Friday basketball, dance, airsoft, badminton and golf were formed to encourage employees to stay fit.

 

We Nurture.

To develop camaraderie among employees, Christmas parties are held every year. Casual parties that foster better relationship among colleagues are organized.

To promote environmental awareness and environmental concern, waste management programs have also been implemented. Company staff is also encouraged to join tree planting activities.

 

We Encourage.

Open communications with the CEO are also aimed to be developed. One of the activities was the “Kapihan with WLJ.” Its objective was for the new employees to get to know their CEO in a personal level, as in a casual conversation over coffee.

Primary Properties Corporation acknowledges the efforts and amount of work its employees put in for the company. Primary Properties conducts regular performance appraisals for its employees.
