Propert Management
We provide Property Management Service by carefully trained and experienced staff under our FMD (Facilities Management Division). We have available 24/7 on-call technical assistance from our team of engineers and technicians in all our buildings. This is to make sure that all building concerns shall be taken care of appropriately and promptly
We perform preventive maintenance programs and do repairs in our buildings. Regular building inspections are also conducted to ensure that the buildings and the spaces we lease out are well-maintained.
We advise tenants on the improvements which are necessary to protect the value of the property.
We believe in building relationships through personal professional property management service. With some of our buildings, our lease contracts provide an optional Maintenance/ Management Fee for Areas of Occupancy. Tenants who choose to fully delegate the function of facility maintenance to us will be given recommendations as to frequency of inspection (daily, weekly, monthly quarterly or yearly) based on kind of equipment, number of equipment to be maintained, and area for occupancy.
