What we offer

We have built some of the most modern and state-of-the-art facilities within the Mactan Economic Zone (MEZ) and Cebu’s Asiatown IT park representing the different industries that thrive in Cebu’s booming economic milieu.

Clients provide us with blueprints or guidelines for building configuration. Our Built-to-Suit program enables the client to select the unique features that will be available for his building model.

It is a collaborative effort between Primary Properties Corporation and the client’s design team.

Standard Factory Buildings (SFB's)

Our SFB’s are located in special industrial zones and key economic areas. All our buildings have floor plates that are designed for industrial and manufacturing purposes. Ideally located in economic zones for locators to enjoy special privileges and tax advantages.

Basic provisions include:

• Freight elevator
• Ample Water Supply (transfer and booster pumps)
• Reliable Power Supply
