In response to the government’s need to further develop economic zones in 1994, Primary Properties constructed its first building to cater to the growing export industry in Cebu. From then on, we have built over 15 more buildings to support Cebu Light Industrial Park (CLIP), Mactan Economic Zone (MEZ) 1 and 2 locators, providing jobs to more than 10,000 workers.

Primary Properties constructs and leases out buildings for a variety of industrial uses. Our offerings range from ready-for occupancy standard factory buildings to client-specific built-to-suit structures. Our “Best-Fit Solution” customization approach is a product of our dedication to respond to our clients’ needs.

Ready-for-Occupancy

Our Standard factory buildings with area that ranges from 500 to 18,000 square meters can either be stand-alone or multi-tenanted.

Basic Provisions:

  • Freight elevators

  • Ample water supply (transfer and booster pumps)

  • Reliable power supply

  • Dedicated loading docks

Built-to-Suit

For clients with very specific requirements, we offer our Built-to-Suit program. This enables the client to select the unique features that will be made available for the building model. Clients may provide us with blueprints or guidelines for building configuration. PPC can work with a client’s existing professional team, or initiate and set our own milestones for design and construction phases.
