The Friend must sign a minimum 12 month lease term and its referrer must be a resident in Rented Suites La Guardia Flats 1 with good credit standing during residency period. The Referrer can claim the reward once the Friend has moved-in.

Terms and Guidelines
1. A Referrer is the person who refers their friends. A friend is the person being referred. The Referrer may refer friends, colleagues and family members provided that their Friend has met the following criteria:
Referred FRIENDS must present a valid ID. Students must present a written consent from their parents;
Has signed and completed the Refer-A- Friend (RAF) application form;
Has met the Review Criteria of Rented Suites.
2. Promotion period is from June 15 to August 15, 2017.
3. In order to be a qualified, the Referrer must be:
A resident at least for three months in Rented Suites La Guardia Flats 1.
With good credit standing throughout the promo period and at the time of claiming the reward for his/her approved Friends.
4. For every approved Friend, the Referrer will receive a 50% credit off of the one month rent. The Referrer’s Friend must rent at Rented Suites (any type of room accommodation) for twelve (12) months.
5. The rent credit will be automatically credited to the next billing period provided the Friend has signed a Room Rental Agreement and moved-in. In the event that Friend decides to pre-terminate or cancel the lease contract, the rent credit shall be forfeited. The 50% rent credited to the Referrer shall be charged to the Friend.
6. A Friend can only be Referred once, however, the Referrer can refer maximum of three (3) friends.
7. The reward is not convertible to cash and it can only be redeemed by applying it to the rental of the qualified Referrer. Should a Referrer’s contract is fully paid, rent credit can be applied upon renewal of at least 3-month lease term. Rent credit can only be availed once a month. Should the Referrer has three (3) approved Friends, rent credit shall be applied to billing in three (3) consecutive months.
8. The reward is forfeited if remain unclaimed after three (3) months after the move-in date of the Friend.
9. Only Referrers with approved Friends whose application forms were submitted and received within the promo period are qualified.
10. All other terms and conditions including Rented Suites’ and La Guardia Flats Condo’s House Rules shall apply during the stay. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is non-exchangeable.
11. The Friend agrees to have the permission of their Referrer to provide its personal details in the Refer a Friend Application Form and Room Rental Agreement (RRA).
